Three people who treat your home like theirs. No sales techs. No subcontractors. Just tradespeople who care about getting it right.
18 years in the trade. Started Precision after seeing too many Lexington families overcharged for emergency repairs.
Keeps the dispatch board running 24/7. If you call after midnight, Maria's the one routing the nearest truck to your door.
NATE-certified with 12 years on furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork. Doesn't leave a job until the system's running right.
In 2009, Jason Harris was running service calls for one of the big franchise shops. Every night, he'd get the same calls: families with burst pipes at 2am being quoted triple the daytime rate. Seniors being told they needed full replacements when a $40 part would fix it. People who felt trapped because they didn't know enough to push back.
He quit. Bought a used van, printed some cards, and started taking calls from his kitchen table. The rule was simple: charge the same rate no matter the hour, tell people the truth even when it costs you a bigger job, and treat every house like your grandmother's.
Sixteen years later, that's still how we operate. We've grown to a team of licensed technicians, but the philosophy hasn't changed. No overtime gouging. No scare tactics. No subcontractors you've never heard of. Just tradespeople who show up, fix the problem, and charge a fair price.
Emergency? Pipe burst, heat went out, smell gas? We answer nights, weekends, holidays.
